ڊومينو نظريو

1954ع ۾ آمريڪي صدر آئيزن هاور جو بيان ڪيل سياسي نظريو، جنهن مطابق مخصوص حالتن ۾ ڪنهن به هڪ رياست يا حڪومت جي ناڪامي، ڀرواري حڪومت يا رياست جي زوال جو سبب بڻبي آهي. انهيءَ جي نتيجي ۾ هڪٻئي سان ويجهين رياستن يا حڪومتن جي زوال جو سلسلو شروع ٿي ويندو آهي. ڇو ته سياسي، فوجي ۽ معاشي حوالن سان اهي رياستون يا حڪومتون هڪٻئي جي ٽيڪ تي بيٺل هونديون آهن، يا هڪٻئي سان تمام گهڻو واڳيل هونديون آهن. هي نظريو فوجي لحاظ کان وڏي اهميت رکي ٿو. ان نظريي هيٺ ڪنهن به تباهيءَ واري صورتحال کان بچڻ لاءِ، اهڙي پاڙيسري ملڪ ۾ فوجي مداخلت جائز قرارڏني ويندي آهي، جيڪو فوجي حوالي کان ڪمزور هجي ۽ سندس آسپاس بغاوت جو خطرو هجي. نار واري جنگ ۾ ساڳئي ئي بهاني هيٺ آمريڪا ڪوويت مٿان ٿيل عراق جي قبضي کي بهانو بڻائي، سعودي عرب ۽ ڪوويت ۾ پنهنجون فوجون داخل ڪيون هُيون
